?Hand?full?range?of?product?and?sample?development?functions
?Strictly?control?development?like?project,?style,?sample?quantity?acc.?to?order?budget?fixed?by?each?customer?and?each?factory,?in?order?to?make?all?indicator?under?control?then?help?factory?to?low?down?development?cost.?
?Sourcing?and?selecting?of?fabric,?trims?and?leather?materials?for?sampling?
?Work?closely?with?merchandising,?customers?&?factories?for?product?development?
?Support?and?handle?sample?development?&?mock-ups?by?coordinating?with?suppliers?to?build?a?range?of?products
?Any?other?job?assigned?by?supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma?or?above?in?relevant?disciplines
3-5?years’?experience?in?footwear?development??
Good?interpretation?skills?ensuring?sample?development?accuracy?
Good?in?footwear?production?knowledge?
Excellent?communication?skills?in?both?written?and?spoken?EnglishGood?PC?knowledge?in?MS?office
